ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Cara. I’m a UI/UX designer working remotely as a consultant with the talented team at Seven Hills Technology based in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have a passion for storytelling through creative writing, photography, illustration, and design. Prior to my current role, I completed Career Foundry's UI Design program with a specialization in UI Animation. There I learned to conduct user research, build user-friendly designs, and create animations using tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and After Effects.

 

I presently live in Northfield, Minnesota with my best friend and husband, Jordan Rogers, an Ancient Historian in the Classics. Together, we occasionally have the privilege of going on overseas adventures as he joins excavations and conducts research. When I'm not designing, I'm shelving materials at the local library, reading fiction, writing fantasy, drawing doodles, playing games, watching a show, or enjoying the outdoors.
